PSYCHO CHEMICAL SOCIAL REACTIVTY.

The manipulation of cultural/social systems along with the infusion of psychotropic and mind altering narcotics, (e.g. cocaine, heroin, marijuana),advanced technologies such as(nano- robotics, gene splicing etc.) the contamination of food(Genetically modified crops) and water supplies(fluoride)  into a population in order to create a chain reaction that brings about that populations self-destruction while simultaneously benefitting the individual or group that implanted the causative scientific or psycho-biological social agent.

This is my personal definition so don’t try to look it up in the encyclopedia or dictionary because it won’t be there. I made the preceding definition in order to have a term that best describes the scourge that is destroying black America.
