Poor and fat: The real class war

I see this first hand. Every one knows that obesity is a major problem in the African- American community. I struggle with keeping my weight down as well. Although I would not be considered obese, but its not easy keeping those pounds off. Plus many of those processed foods have additives in them such as MSG that are in my opinion addictive, and these are the foods that are in Abundance in poorer black communities across the country.
