So the rich of course are generating a myriad of soft kill methods in order to start culling the masses. Chem-trails, HAARP, vaccines, fluoride in the water supply, crack cocaine, wars. Whatever is necessary to create their so called Utopian Society will be used on the masses. If you got a billion dollars you can buy eternity!
