Desire for the Provider : What that Hair Weave is really Revealing
Black women, as well as women in general seek first and foremost security. She will of course use her beauty to allure the man of her desire whom she sees as a reliable provider. Sex is believe it or not is for most women a secondary motivator although it is now becoming a close second.
I've stated before that provision is the core of man's purpose in this world. He is responsible for building his community and providing a safe environment for his woman so she can grow the family.
When we look at today's environment a strange new phenomena is occurring that continues to perplex black men in America and elsewhere in the Western world. The growing epidemic of black women adorning themselves with fake weave and extensions.
Many brothers have been shouting from the rooftops on TV and Internet about how they don't want a woman with fake hair and yet the sisters still spend billions on the strings. What these brothers fail to understand is the makeup of a women's psyche. She will instinctively adorn herself in ways that will provide her with the most security. And that so called security she seeks now in 2015 is no longer seen by her as coming from black men. She has unconsciously given up on black male leadership and have sought out what she deems as her best chance for safety. The white man.
Her subconscious desire for the spoils of the white supremacy system compels her to make herself in the best possible image of beauty that appeals to HIM!! Not you the black man. The message can't be clearer. She is telling you that she is no longer bound to the failure of black male leadership and its subsequent defeat by White Supremacy. Whether we like it or not she has gone over to the dark side. And she is now part of the force that seeks the black man's demise.
If we brothas want to see our women stop wearing the false image of artificial hair and extensions , then we must do an honest self examination of our own character. What is it about our vanity and low self esteem that causes us to stop our quest to build a nation.
We can't keep blaming oppression by whites all the time because our forefathers endured much worse yet our men and women were more united than we are today. The MAIN reason for our sisters fall from grace is our failure to strive for excellence. Our disdain for justice and our embracement of all things criminal. It is important for a black man to have a vision for his people. Look around the black community today and tell me where is our visionaries. Don't say Barack Obama because he was appointed by White Supremacy.
Who out there is leading this nation of dark people. Is there any Malcolm X's Martin Luther Kings, Marcus Garvey's? Where are the new YOUNG leaders. Farrakhan is old, Jesse Jackson is old, Al Sharpton is old. Who among the 30 and under generation has grabbed the baton ? Who will carry the torch for our black nation.
Our black young men of prominence are rappers and sports figures. That is not going to get it done.
In order to understand what our women are doing we have to look at ourselves first. What type of world are you really offering her black man. You looking for welfare handouts, public housing, social security disability when you know you can work. You smoke and sell dope, you drink, you rob and steal, You front and stunt, you talk sh*t, and you murder one another. Then you have the audacity to tell this women she needs to get real dump the fake hair and submit to your leadership!!!?
Where are you going to lead her brother give her your vision for the future. If you can't do that then you have no business telling her what to do. It is the man's job to be the High Priest of the family. He is responsible for the spiritual development of his family and his community, we allowed our enemy to pull us off our throne and install our women in a spiritual coup de tat and our nation has sunk into 3rd world status as a result.
The fact that our women everywhere are running around with false hair and extensions should be an object lesson for us to get our act together. Because browbeating her will not make her stop doing it. You , my brother are going to have to put in work. You are going to have to use your mind and pray to Yahweh for his guidance in order to overcome this wicked Babylonian system of White Supremacy and forge a path that a righteous sister is willing to go on with you. Then and only then will the fake hair be taken down.
